Copyright © Mike Valentine –   Pine Tree Branching Overhead – this is edited using Instagram edit tools within the app which allow increasing brightness, adjusting color saturation an adjusting contrast. All of which I did here to bring out what I saw when I stood below those branches looking upward, marveling. The camera seems incapable of recording it the way I see it when looking – so it’s great that I’m able to bring out what I see while seeing in reality what the camera records somewhat unfaithfully.
